Policy Overview
We, the entity identified on this site by name and contact information published in the header of this site, (the “Company”), publish this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) to inform visitors and customers of our practices concerning the collection, use, and protection of information that you provide to us through interactions with this website and with those of our affiliate. This Policy applies to all visitors to the website as well as all customers and potential customers of our travel services.
Definitions
For purposes of this Policy, “User” means any person (i) accessing the Company’s website, (ii) using the services available through the Company’s website, or (iii) contacting the Company via the website’s contact form.
Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
In the course of using the Services, Users may be required to provide certain personally identifiable information to the Company, including such Users’ first and last names, mailing addresses (including zip codes), e-mail addresses, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personally identifiable information. The Company may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. Depending upon the particular Service, some of the information the Company asks Users to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If a User does not provide the mandatory information with respect to a particular Service, that User will not be able to use or access that Service. We may also use your information to: (i) ensure that our records are accurate; (ii) send out information on additional travel or services you may be interested in on behalf of the Company; and (iii) to support Our Travel and Business Partners.
Sharing of Information
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, the Company will not disclose, sell, trade, or lease a User’s personally identifiable information to other parties. The Company may share information with the following categories of recipients:
- Outside Agents. Many of our services are provided by Outside Agents, and your personal information will be protected by and subject to Outside Agents’ privacy policy: https://outsideagents.com/privacy-policy/.
- Travel Search Engine. The travel search engine is powered by Odysseus Solutions Inc. When using the travel search engine, your personal information is protected by Odysseus Solutions' privacy policy and data security protocols: privacy policy and data security statement.
- Client Relationship and Accounting Data. The Company will maintain certain PII to service bookings, communicate with you, and manage accounting-related information.
- Other Third-Party Providers. Many Services involve delivering personally identifiable information to third-party providers (e.g., payment processors). If you make a payment, we must share necessary payment details with those providers to verify and authorize the transaction.
- Government Authorities. The Company may be required by law to provide personally identifiable information to governmental authorities in certain circumstances (for example, pursuant to a court order or subpoena).
- Direct Marketing. The Company does not disclose Users’ personally identifiable information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.
Security and Protection of Information
The Company stores personally identifiable information in accordance with current industry security standards to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Key points:
- Storage. User access to their information is available through unique customer IDs and passwords; stored data is kept on secure servers accessible only by authorized personnel.
- Transmission. When personally identifiable information is transmitted to other parties (such as Outside Agents or payment processors), the Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to protect that data.
- Access & Changes. Users may access and update their information by contacting the Company. Changes will apply going forward and may not alter previously shared data.
- No Warranties. No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed totally secure; the Company makes reasonable efforts but provides no absolute warranty.
Use of Cookies
The Services use cookies to ensure that Users can use the websites effectively. A cookie is a text file placed on a User’s device by a web server. Users can accept or decline cookies via browser settings; declining cookies may limit functionality.
General Data Protection Regulation
We do not offer Services to residents of the European Union. While we attempt to avoid doing business with EU residents, we cannot prevent such activity in every case. Residents of the EU assume responsibility for their actions on this website and its partners; data handling follows U.S. law and industry practices.
Changes to Policy

California Law
The following provisions apply only to Users residing or domiciled in California:
- Sale of Personally Identifiable Information. Under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80, a California resident can request a list of third parties to which the Company disclosed personally identifiable information in the preceding year for direct marketing. The Company does not make such disclosures for direct marketing purposes.
- Do Not Track Signals. The Company does not act on Do Not Track signals from a User’s browser; likewise, suppliers that collect PII through the Services do not act on such signals. These disclosures are made under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575.
Indemnification
The Company uses this website through its relationship with OutsideAgents.com and is solely responsible for its content, data, security, and legal compliance. The Company indemnifies OutsideAgents.com for failures or breaches arising from the Company’s use of the site or services provided by OutsideAgents.com and its partners.
Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026.
Data Sharing
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
